Role/ Job Title: Specialist-Implementation

Function/ Department: Wholesale Banking

Job Purpose:

The purpose of the job is to manage the implementation of current cash management products and services for our wholesale banking clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the implementation of new cash management products and services for wholesale banking clients.
Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and successful implementation.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for each implementation.
Communicate progress and updates to stakeholders, including clients and senior management.
Identify and mitigate any risks or issues that may arise during the implementation process.
Provide training and support to clients on new products and services.
Continuously review and improve implementation processes and procedures.

Education Qualification:

Graduation: Any graduate

Post Graduation: Any post graduate

Experience: 5-10 years of experience in implementation
