About The Internship

SucSEED is looking for a Compliance & Fund Accounting Fellow for a 12-month full-time fellowship based out of Gandhinagar or Hyderabad. The fellowship is designed for ambitious individuals looking to build a career in venture capital fund operations, regulatory compliance, governance, financial reporting, and fund accounting. It offers hands-on exposure to venture capital fund operations, regulatory compliance, governance processes, financial reporting, and fund accounting within an institutional investment setting.

The fellow will work closely with the Finance, Compliance, Fund Accounting, and Leadership teams across various operational, reporting, regulatory, and execution-related initiatives involved in running a venture capital platform.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in fund accounting, bookkeeping, reconciliation,



and financial reporting activities.
Support SEBI and IFSC AIF compliance, governance, regulatory tracking, and operational coordination processes.
Assist in preparation and maintenance of MIS reports, investment trackers, capital account statements, and fund documentation.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, fund administrators, legal advisors, and internal stakeholders.
Support investor onboarding documentation, reporting, and compliance-related workflows.
Assist in tracking regulatory filings, documentation timelines, and operational processes.
Work on data management, reporting accuracy, and process execution across fund operations.
Support preparation of presentations, reports, compliance summaries, and financial analysis as required.
