Job Title: GDS Alliances Program Operations Lead Analyst

Job Summary:

The GDS Global Ecosystem Enablement Program Lead Analyst will function as a key program operations and enablement resource within the GDS Partner Operations CoE, supporting the Global Ecosystem Enablement team and the broader EY Partner Ecosystem program. The role will help operationalize scalable alliance enablement services across strategic initiatives, business-as-usual operations, process improvement, knowledge management, stakeholder communications and leadership reporting. Working closely with onshore alliance leaders, GDS enablement teams and cross-functional stakeholders, the incumbent will support the design,



execution and continuous improvement of operating models, governance cadences, collaboration mechanisms and service delivery processes that strengthen global ecosystem execution. The role requires strong program management discipline, analytical orientation, executive communication capability and a service excellence mindset to translate complex partner ecosystem priorities into structured plans, clear deliverables and measurable outcomes. The incumbent will also contribute to special projects, strategic initiatives, process standardization, automation opportunities, content development and issue resolution, ensuring that Global Ecosystem Enablement priorities are delivered with consistency, agility and high qualified quality across geographies.
