About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional to join our Flights Supply team and own day-to-day supplier relations for our flights business. You'll be the bridge between Scapia and our airline suppliers, GDS, and API partners — ensuring bookings flow smoothly, money is reconciled accurately, and issues are resolved before customers feel them.
You will work closely with Product, Tech, Finance, and Customer Experience teams to strengthen our supply ecosystem, and you'll have real ownership from day one.

Key Responsibilities
Booking & Ticketing Management: Oversee daily booking and ticketing workflows,



ensuring timely issue resolution and escalation handling, with strict adherence to SOPs and turnaround times (TATs).
Supplier & Partner Management: Act as the primary point of contact for airline suppliers, GDS, and API partners. Troubleshoot booking failures, pricing/fare mismatches, schedule changes, and data discrepancies to keep the supply engine running seamlessly.
Reconciliation & Financial Coordination: Reconcile supplier reports, PNRs, BSP/ARC statements, and transaction data against internal systems. Partner with Finance on settlements, supplier balances, payments, refunds, and dispute resolution.
Performance Monitoring & Analysis: Track key metrics — booking funnel health, transaction success rates, failure reasons, refund TATs, and supplier response times. Build and maintain dashboards, flag exceptions early, and recommend fixes.
