We are looking for a Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and
execution of our digital products. This role sits at the intersection of
business, technology, and customer needs, ensuring that product investments
deliver measurable business value while creating exceptional user experiences.
Working closely with Engineering, Architecture, UX, QA, and business
stakeholders, you will own the product lifecycle from ideation to delivery and
continuous improvement.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

PRODUCT STRATEGY AND VISION

* Define and communicate the product vision aligned with business objectives.

* Develop and maintain the product roadmap based on customer needs, market
trends, and strategic priorities.

* Identify opportunities to improve customer experience,



operational
efficiency, and business outcomes.

* Evaluate market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to
guide product direction.

PRODUCT PLANNING

* Gather and analyse business requirements from customers and stakeholders.

* Translate business needs into explicit product features, epics, and user
stories.

* Define product goals, success metrics, and release objectives.

* Prioritise the product backlog using business value, customer impact, and
technical feasibility.

* Balance short-term delivery with long-term product strategy.

AGILE PRODUCT OWNERSHIP

* Own and manage the product backlog.

* Work closely with Scrum teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood.

* Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and
retrospectives.

* Clarify business requirements and acceptance criteria throughout the
development lifecycle.
