Your main responsibility is to safely set up, run, and maintain active CNC milling, turning, and vertical machining centers /(VMCs/) converting raw metal forgings and castings into extremely accurate, micron/-accurate finished industrial components while CNC programmers write code strings inside CAD/CAM suites and design engineers create part blueprints. As the "Guardian of Shop Floor Quality, Machine Runtime Efficiency, and Dimensional Accuracy," you directly oversee the loading of raw materials, the management of machine offsets, the replacement of worn tool inserts,



and the measurement of completed item parameters. Key Skills/: Navigating operator panels, jogging machine axes, loading part programs, clearing emergency stops, and entering offset values are all done with complete confidence using a CNC controller. Precision Metrology and Instrument Literacy/: Outstanding ability to confirm tolerances down to a tenth of a millimetre using portable measuring devices. The ability to correctly read and understand industrial engineering prints, orthogonal views, dimension scales, and fundamental Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing /(GD&T;/) annotations is known as blueprint reading and drawing interpretation. Mechanical Agility & Tooling Logic/: Excellent practical knowledge of clamping configurations, tool selection, and metal cutting dynamics in steel, aluminium, cast iron, and plastics.
