Role Overview
NoPo Nanotechnologies is seeking a seasoned and hands-on Senior Manager Finance& Accounts to lead the company finance and accounts function with high standards of accuracy, discipline, and accountability. This role will be responsible for establishing solid financial systems, ensuring compliance excellence, strengthening internal controls, and building a culture of rigor, ownership, and sharp execution across the finance team.

The Senior Manager will serve as the functional leader for all finance, accounting, treasury, compliance,



reporting, and finance-process activities. The role requires a professional who can combine strategic financial thinking with strong operating discipline and the ability to build robust systems that support the company long-term growth.

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Control and Accounting
Lead the end-to-end accounting function, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and cash controls.
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing, including preparation and review of the Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statement, and Cash Flow Statement.
Ensure proper maintenance of the fixed asset register, depreciation schedules, and inventory valuation in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
2. Statutory Compliance
Own and manage the company statutory compliance calendar, covering GST, TDS/TCS, income
