Position Summary:
This role provides high‑level administrative, operational, and strategic support
to ensure the MD’s office functions efficiently and professionally. This role
requires exceptional discretion, strong business judgment, and the ability to
manage multiple priorities while acting as a trusted liaison between the MD and
internal/external stakeholders. The PMO Management Executive will act as a
strategic partner to the MD, supporting high-level planning, business analysis,
and execution of strategic initiatives.

The Role: (Daily Responsibilities)
Governance & Business Support:
* Support the MD on strategic initiatives, special projects, and
cross‑functional coordination.
* Conduct basic research, data analysis, and prepare executive summaries
* Monitor key priorities and follow up with stakeholders to ensure execution
* Support the MD in preparing strategy decks, board presentations, MIS reports,
and business updates.
* Track progress of strategic initiatives and follow up with cross-function
