About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, coordinate sales activities, maintain CRM records, and ensure timely follow-up on leads and quotations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and hands-on experience using CRM software to support the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp with prompt, professional responses.
Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the sales cycle.
Manage inbound and outbound sales leads effectively.
Assign, update, track, and follow up on leads using the CRM system.




Ensure all qualified leads are attended to and followed through to closure.
Coordinate with the sales team to understand and fulfill customer requirements.
Prepare, send, and follow up on quotations.
Schedule product demonstrations, customer meetings, and machine trials.
Support the sales team in converting leads into confirmed orders.
Maintain accurate customer, lead, and sales data in the CRM.
Update customer interactions, quotations, follow-ups, and deal stages regularly.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly CRM and sales performance reports.
Ensure CRM data accuracy, completeness, and quality.
Address customer concerns professionally and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
Deliver a positive customer experience throughout the customer journey.
Maintain daily activity, sales pipeline, and follow-up reports.
Track customer conversions, pending opportunities, and sales progress.
Provide management with regular CRM performance
