Performs as a clinician providing individual, family, and/or group psychotherapy
for child, adolescent, adult, and/or Substance Abuse patients and maintains
competency and licensure as delineated through education, experience and tests.

MAJOR JOB FUNCTIONS

* Provides individual, family, and/or group psychotherapy/psychoeducation to
patients
* Provides crisis intervention as needed
* Evaluate and treat individuals with substance use disorders
* Prepares assessment and ongoing evaluation for further treatment
* Maintains proper contacts with agency/support systems of patients
* Completes all required documentation fully and in a timely manner
* Performs supervision when needed or requested
* Engages in peer review activities to determine compliance with policies and
regulatory requirements
* Participates in service line business/planning meetings
* Participates in service line marketing programs
* Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
The following qualifications, or equivalents, are the minimum requirements
necessary to perform the essential functions of this job:
EDUCATION AND FORMAL TRAINING:
* Master’s degree in Social Work or related degree required
* PhD Psychology preferred
* Fully licensed in area of education required
* Licensure as MSW/LCSW or LP required
* LCAS or LCAS-A preferred
* Substance Abuse clinical supervision required
WORK EXPERIENCE:
* Extensive previous practice in outpatient and/or inpatient mental health
facility preferred
