Job Role : Backend Manager

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration,Master’s degree (MBA/PGDM)

Experience : Minimum 1 year experience in backend operations, administration etc.

Industry : E-commerce / Retail / Fashion / Service Industry

Responsibilites

Manage and oversee daily backend operations with smooth coordination across sales.
Maintain accurate data entries, documentation, system updates, and inventory/order records.
Generate, analyze, and manage daily/weekly/monthly operational reports.
Supervise backend staff, streamline workflows, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Address escalations, coordinate with internal teams for quick resolutions, and support management.

Requirements

Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Ability to multitask,



manage workloads, and maintain accuracy under deadlines.
Experience working with CRM systems, data tools, and backend management software.
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on operational efficiency and team coordination.
