Overview
We are seeking a high agency and experienced Senior Technical Product Manager to join our Internal Tools product team. As a senior individual contributor, the successful candidate will own a product area end-to-end — from strategy and roadmap through delivery, adoption, and measurable business outcomes — while partnering directly with leadership to shape product direction.



They will identify and analyze market and technology trends, collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch recent features and products, and mentor junior product managers to raise the bar on product craft across the team.
Responsibilities
Own the product strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for a product area end-to-end, aligning priorities with business strategy and securing leadership buy-in
Collaborate with engineering to define product requirements and develop technical specifications for complex, multi-team features and products
Conduct market and technology research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas of growth, including applications of AI/ML to internal workflows
Define and analyse key metrics to measure the success of our products, and use them to drive prioritization and continuous improvement
Communicate product strategy, updates, and trade-offs to senior leadershi
