Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and executing manual and exploratory tests based on requirements and user stories.
- Collaborating closely with developers, product owners, and designers to ensure a explicit understanding of acceptance criteria.
- Reporting and tracking bugs, defects, and issues using defect management tools.
- Defining regression test scope based on quality risks.




- Contributing to regression test suites and supporting test automation efforts.
- Continuously suggesting improvements for product quality and testing practices.
- Monitoring issue severity and communicating risks to the team.
- Staying updated on testing trends and sharing knowledge within the team.

Requirements
- Strong educational qualifications (Engineering majors, MCA from reputed institutes, master's in quality management is preferred) with 8-12 years of experience in software Testing/Quality Assurance/ Automation
- Excellent written and oral communication skills. Experience working in a development team as quality engineer
- Experience in QA processes and tools, test management systems, designing and running tests on web applications or backend systems and analysing bugs - Experience with writing and executing manual test cases and plans.
