Lead shift operations for batch manufacturing of specialty chemicals ensuring safety, quality, and throughput targets.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and supervise batch processes, charging, and reactor operations.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, EHS standards, and statutory compliance.
Coordinate with Maintenance and Stores for smooth operations.
Train operators; maintain shift logs and downtime analysis.
Support CAPA initiatives and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Experience in chemical batch plants (reactors, blenders, distillation).
Working knowledge of DCS/PLC preferred.
Strong people management and problem-solving skills.
Exposure to ISO 9001/14001 and 5S preferred.
