Opportunity Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly driven HR qualified to independently lead and execute HR initiatives across India. In this role, you will partner closely with business leaders, manage complex employee lifecycle processes, and help shape people strategies that support business growth in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

The HR Partner will support multiple business units across Teradyne India, including the Semiconductor Test Group, Product Test Group, and Robotics Group, serving as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees alike.





As India continues to be a key growth market for Teradyne, this role will play a critical part in supporting rapid organizational expansion, workforce planning, talent acquisition, leadership development, employee engagement, and HR operational excellence. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, helping to drive people strategies that enable business growth while ensuring compliance with local employment legislation and company policies.
