ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a skilled Backend Engineer with at least 4 years of
skilled software development experience. The ideal candidate should have
strong hands-on experience in Python backend development, asynchronous
programming, API design, real-time communication, and event-driven systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using
Python.
* Build real-time communication features using WebSockets and frameworks such
as FastAPI or Django Channels.




* Work with Redis Streams for event-driven data processing, messaging, and
asynchronous workflows.
* Manage database schema changes and migrations using tools such as Alembic or
Django migrations.
* Design, implement, and optimize ORM-based data models and database queries.
* Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure code quality,
reliability, and maintainability.
* Use Git for version control and Docker for containerized development and
deployment.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable system
architectures and improve CI/CD practices.
* Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance across backend
services and infrastructure components.
* Contribute to code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement
of engineering practices.
