We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specalist
In this role, you will:
Own end-to-end CTO Infrastructure KPI reporting and observability insights, turning telemetry and ITSM data into dashboards, trends and actions for a 24x7 environment.
Govern the Infrastructure KPI suite (e.g., availability, incident volumes, MTTA/MTTR, SLA/SLO, change success rate, backlog, repeat incidents),



including standards and controls.
Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting packs (data modelling, Power Query, DAX).
Build and maintain Splunk dashboards/alerts using SPL, delivering operational observability and insight.
Perform trend analysis and deep dives to identify service issue drivers and present recommendations to stakeholders.
Correlate logs/metrics/events with ITSM outcomes to improve detection quality and reduce alert noise.
Deliver ServiceNow reporting across Incident/Problem/Change/Request and improve data quality (categorisation, assignment groups, CI/service mapping).
Automate data extraction/transformation/validation using Python and SQL, and document KPI definitions, data lineage and reporting standards; partner across teams/vendors to drive continuous improvement (including AI/ML-enabled analytics where appropriate, within controls).
