Role Overview
The Manager Client Service - Brand Experience will be responsible for managing and growing corporate retainer accounts while ensuring exceptional client experiences and seamless execution of integrated branding projects. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong relationship management, project leadership, and brand management capabilities.
The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients,
oversee end-to-end project delivery, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to long-term account growth and client retention.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
● Lead and manage relationships with corporate retainer clients, serving as the primary point of contact.
● Understand client business objectives, brand challenges, and communication goals to provide strategic guidance and solutions.
● Build solid, long-term client partnerships through proactive communication and consultative account management.
● Conduct regular review meetings, status updates, and strategic discussions with clients.
Account & Project Management
● Oversee the execution of 360-degree branding, communication, and brand experience initiatives.
● Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and quality execution.
