JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

As a Lead Embedded Engineer (LPB1), you will be a technical cornerstone in the
development and evolution of the MarkVIe control platform. Operating within a
global, cross-functional setting, you will drive the design, implementation,
and optimization of firmware for our state-of-the-art power generation control
systems. You will provide technical leadership, mentorship, and architectural
guidance to ensure the reliability and performance of our embedded software.

Roles and Responsibilities

* Technical Leadership: Translate high-level system requirements into robust
firmware architectures and low-level design specifications.

* Full-Cycle Development: Lead the design, coding, testing, and debugging of
mission-critical system software for the MarkVIe platform.
* Performance Optimization: Analyze and enhance the efficiency, stability, and
scalability of system resources to meet stringent power generation
requirements.
* Validation & Integration: Integrate new product designs and collaborate with
firmware test teams to develop, perform,



and oversee formal design
verification and validation (V&V;) plans.
* Quality Assurance: Lead high-quality technical reviews, including detailed
design, source code, unit test frameworks, and requirement documentation.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a primary interface between hardware
design, systems engineering, and product teams.
* Continuous Improvement: Champion automated unit and regression testing
initiatives; foster a culture of continuous improvement in both product
quality and development processes.
* Lifecycle Management: Manage software throughout the entire product
development lifecycle, from project initiation and design to release and
long-term maintenance.
* Assessment: Evaluate and integrate third-party and open-source software
components while maintaining compliance with cybersecurity standards.
