We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Vice President
In this role, you will:
Lead end-to-end management of the Liquidity Services team across multiple products and global countries, ensuring delivery of BAU Production and Deployment (UAT/PVT) outcomes.
Plan, execute and sign off User Acceptance Testing and Production Verification Testing for new GLS products and country/functionality rollouts.




Own and continuously strengthen the CoE operating framework: procedures, quality checking model, MI/reporting, system set-up and contingency preparedness.
Manage knowledge transfers, release readiness and health checks for major/minor releases to ensure smooth adoption and stable operations.
Ensure consistent service performance across teams: meeting PLAs, cut-offs, quality, audit & risk expectations, and driving operational efficiency/process improvements.
Build and maintain strong stakeholder partnerships across Product, PCM and IT teams, including senior decision makers across regions.
Provide effective people leadership: recruitment, training, development, motivation, appraisal, and robust succession planning for key roles.
Manage incidents, financials and governance: timely co-ordination/escalation, accurate performance reporting to standards/regulatory requirements, cost transparency via standard T
