Amazon Web Services is seeking a results-driven Senior Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager for India FSI & Conglomerates to design and execute high-impact ABM programs for Financial Services (Banking, Insurance, Capital Markets) customers and large Indian Conglomerate groups (e.g., Tata Group, Adani, Mahindra). This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to drive measurable business outcomes through targeted marketing initiatives.

The ABM Manager will act as the primary marketing contact for the FSI segment and Conglomerates cohort, owning end-to-end execution of 1:1 and 1:Few ABM programs. Working backwards from customer needs, you will create data-driven, multi-channel campaigns, events, and executive programs that accelerate pipeline and revenue growth. This role requires deep understanding of India's FSI landscape (regulated banks, insurers, capital markets firms), conglomerate buying dynamics, and the ability to build scalable demand generation engines with measurable pipeline contribution.

Key job responsibilities




• Develop and execute ABM 1:1 and 1:Few marketing strategies for priority FSI customers in India (banking, insurance, capital markets) and large Indian Conglomerates, in collaboration with Account Managers and Business Leaders, with the goal of maximizing AWS revenue
• Act as the primary marketing contact for the FSI & Conglomerates segment, working across partner organizations, Solutions Architects, WWSO, and Sales units along with regional and global marketing stakeholders
• Drive demand generation activities that enable the FSI & Conglomerates business to acquire current customers, retain and grow existing customers, and deliver revenue growth from AWS services — across banking institutions, insurance firms, and conglomerate groups like Tata, Adani, Mahindra etc.
• Implement tracking and evaluation methods for ABM marketing funding impact — including lead management, ROI analysis, and reporting on AWS-driven and 3P-activated mark
