Position: Sales Operations Manager

CTC: ₹10,00,000 – ₹12,00,000 per annum

About the Role
Saburi Ply is looking for an experienced Sales Operations Manager who will act as the strategic backbone of the National Sales Team. This is primarily an office-based leadership role focused on sales planning, business analysis, sales coordination, performance monitoring, and commercial decision support.
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in the Plywood Industry and possess a robust understanding of dealer networks, product movement, sales processes, pricing, inventory coordination, and business analytics.
The role requires someone who can convert sales data into actionable business insights, improve sales efficiency, support regional sales teams, and work closely with senior management to drive organizational growth.
This is not a field sales position. Travel will be required only when business demands such as branch reviews, market audits, distributor meetings, or strategic business interventions arise.

Key Responsibilities




Sales Planning & Business Analysis
Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans in alignment with business objectives.
Analyze sales performance across regions, branches, products, and sales personnel.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for senior management.
Monitor achievement against budgets, targets, and forecasts.
Identify business trends, sales gaps, growth opportunities, and underperforming markets.
Recommend strategic corrective actions based on data analysis.
Sales Operations
Coordinate with Regional Sales Managers, Branch Heads, and Management for smooth execution of sales plans.
Monitor order flow, dispatch status, stock availability, and sales pipeline.
Ensure timely reporting from all sales locations.
Standardize sales processes and operational practices across branches.
Track sales KPIs and ensure compliance with organizational targets.
