As a Merger & Acquisition Senior Associate, you will provide tax advice and
guidance during mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions, helping
clients navigate complex tax regulations to optimize their tax outcomes. Within
our Tax practice, you will focus on analyzing the tax implications of
transactions, developing tax structures, and assisting clients in navigating
intricate tax regulations.
As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful
client connections, manage and inspire others, and navigate increasingly complex
situations. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients,
delivering quality work while embracing ambiguity and using these moments as
