Airbus is looking for an AI Product Manager to join the Bangalore, India
location.

This role will be part of the Digital function and is responsible for the
industrialization of AI platforms, creating a robust, automated, and resilient
ecosystem for our AI services.

The successful candidate shall establish team goals by evaluating, identifying &
understanding the business strategy and technical trends as well. He/she shall
accomplish the team results/performance by communicating job expectations,
planning, monitoring, coaching and leading the team in the right direction.

Qualification & Experience:

* Graduate/Post Graduate with overall 15+ years of experience, 3+ years in
Technical Project/Product Management in AI, Analytics, Automation & Software
Engineering

* Proficiency in Product Management, Project Management, and driving




improvement processes

* Proven track record of managing direct reports and leading high-stakes
cross-functional teams

* Significant experience dedicated to AI/ML-powered products, with a deep
understanding of machine learning concepts, models, and development cycles

* In-depth knowledge and practical experience with cloud platforms,
particularly AWS (S3, EC2, SageMaker, etc.) and GCP (Vertex, Gemini LLM
etc.)

* Understanding the ethical considerations of AI, including fairness,
accountability, transparency (XAI - Explainable AI), privacy, and security

* Awareness of relevant regulations and compliance standards for AI products

* Ability to work and communicate in a multicultural setting

* Risk based approach, creative and Innovative thinking

* Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex
information and present them to stakeholders management
