Qualification and requirement:
• Masters/Bachelor of Engineering degree (preferably in Mechanical Engineering or a related field). • 12 to 15 years of experience in Automotive product development. • Over 5 years of experience in working on 2-Wheeler design and development • About 5 years of experience in Project and Team management
• In-depth knowledge of CATIA V5 software for 3D design modelling and 2D drafting.
• Strong understanding of design principles, layout design, engineering calculations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Effective project and people management skills.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing complex engineering projects and teams.
• Proficiency in Japanese language is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage all aspects of two-wheeler product development projects, from concept to completion at customer location.
• Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.




• Possess strong expertise in designing and developing motorcycle body, exterior, seating, and lighting components using CATIA software.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of materials like Plastic, steel, aluminum, rubber, etc., and their applications in the automotive industry.
• Apply knowledge of design and engineering calculations to solve technical challenges.
• Interpret results and propose solutions based on CAE structural analysis.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of relevant vehicle regulations and evaluation methods.
• Manage and mentor a team of engineers and designers across domains, fostering a team-oriented and productive work environment.
• Cultivate strong relationships with the customer, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
