Job Description
Key Responsibilities of LPO

Monitor CCTV systems, access control, and surveillance equipment
Conduct regular patrols across the mall premises
Manage crowd control during peak hours, weekends, and events
Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms
Enforce security procedures and safety protocols
Assist in fire safety readiness and evacuation procedures
Prevent and handle theft, vandalism, and unauthorized activities
Coordinate with local police, fire services, and emergency responders
Maintain accurate incident reports and daily logs
Provide customer assistance while ensuring security compliance

Key Requirements

2–5 years of experience in security (mall, retail, airport, hospital, or large facility preferred)
Knowledge of CCTV operations and security systems
Familiarity with fire safety systems and emergency response
Basic first aid knowledge (certification preferred)
Solid observation and problem-solving skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in 24/7 shift operations
Physically fit and mentally alert
