Engineer Gearbox Housing

Job Introduction:

Creation of concept design for housings, covers, bracket and other parts e.g.
plastic deflector, NVH cover, inverter boxes and covers, bolts,… for gearbox
variants acc. to requirements.

Major Responsibilities:

* Prototype and serial development and detailed design of gearbox and
hybrid/e-drive components (focus on housing and above mentioned parts)

* Deriving technical drawings of the created components and assemblies with
respect to design of manufacturing.

* Creating technical presentations and tolerance calculations

* Interpretation of casting simulation and CAE calculation

* Coordination of constructed components with suppliers and project team
(participation on project meetings, change management, FMEA, requirements
management, interface definition)

* Testing support for prototype
