JOB DESCRIPTION

THE ROLE :

* Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform aligned
with enterprise standards
* Lead development across modules such as ITSM, HRSD, CSM, and custom
applications
* Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and
architecture
* Drive platform enhancements, integrations, and automation initiatives
* Provide advanced scripting expertise (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI
Policies,



Flow Designer, etc.)
* Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
* Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, security, and governance
standards
* Support incident resolution and production stability across the platform
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-wide solutions
* Mentor junior developers and contribute to platform governance and standards

What you'll bring

* Minimum 10+ years of ServiceNow experience
* Robust hands-on expertise in:
* ServiceNow Development & Administration
* ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change)
* Service Catalog & Workflows
* Integration Hub / APIs
* Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide APIs)
* Experience with:
* CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping
* Flow Designer / Automation
* Integration technologies (REST, SOAP)
* Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
