Responsibilities

Test Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies for native mobile
applications, including functional, smoke, and regression testing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, product engineering,
product marketing, quality, and systems) to define testing objectives, scope,
and deliverables.
Determine required level of testing based on software requirements and develop
test plans and protocols in accordance with regulatory environments

Test Automation:
Design, develop, and maintain advanced automated test frameworks and scripts for
front-end (mobile/web), back-end, and performance testing.
Ensure continuous integration and delivery pipelines are robust and reliable,




driving their implementation and maintenance.
Develop technologies across iOS, Android, and Web, paired with continuous build
and test with various system tools.

Non-Functional Testing & System Resilience:
Drive comprehensive testing efforts to ensure the application's scalability,
responsiveness, stability, robustness, and fault tolerance. This includes
identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks, incorporating security
testing with experts to ensure compliance, and executing reliability tests for
long-term consistent operation under various conditions.

Collaboration and Leadership:
Work closely with development, operations, and architecture teams to understand
system architecture and design, ensuring products work properly from end-to-end,
both pre and post-release.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the testing team, fostering a
culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
