Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Assistant Manager - Partner Marketing to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving the company's growth through effective activation of marketing strategies and robust business development initiatives. Additionally, the Assistant Manager will support implementation of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool and provide support for webinars and scientific sessions while ensuring all marketing materials are current and effective.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement activation strategies to promote brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
● Collaborate with internal teams to execute marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and market opportunities.
● Identify and pursue recent business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship building.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients,
partners, and industry influencers.
● Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and threats.
● Prepare and present business proposals, including pricing and contract negotiations.
● Track and report on activation and business development metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
● Execute various tasks such as testimonial shoots, marketing campaigns, and other branding projects within the given timeline.
● Implement a CRM tool, coordinating with different teams to facilitate its smooth adoption and providing necessary training and marketing materials.
● Collaborate with the sales team to gather testimonials from doctors and ensure all marketing materials are up-to-date and meet organizational standards.
