Role: Performance Management & Governance Lead (KPI / KRI Framework)
Overview
We are seeking a mid‑level skilled to support the design, rollout, and
governance of a firmwide KPI / KRI performance management framework. The role
will focus on partnering with operational teams to define meaningful performance
metrics and driving ongoing governance to ensure insights from dashboards
translate into tangible operational improvements.
This role will work closely with the transformation lead to program manage the
framework, operationalize governance, and embed data‑driven performance
management across teams.
Key Responsibilities
KPI Framework Design
* Partner with functional teams to define, refine, and standardize KPIs aligned
to operational activities and process taxonomy.
* Ensure KPIs are actionable, measurable, and valuable for performance
monitoring (e.g., timeliness, completeness, accuracy).
* Support documentation of metric definitions, thresholds,
and ownership across
teams.
* Work with stakeholders to prioritize metrics for dashboard integration and
automation.
Program Management
* Coordinate rollout of the KPI / KRI framework across multiple teams and
workstreams.
* Track progress of KPI onboarding, including data availability, system
integration, and dashboard updates.
* Maintain the overall implementation roadmap and milestone tracking.
Governance & Performance Management
* Support development and execution of the performance governance model.
* Monitor performance trends and identify operational hotspots from dashboard
insights.
* Coordinate with teams to investigate issues, track remediation actions, and
monitor outcomes.
* Prepare performance summaries and governance updates for leadership forums.
Dashboard & Data Enablement
* Work with technology and data teams to support integration of operational
data into the performance dashboard
