ABOUT THE POSITION
Technology is the backbone of how Columbia delivers to our customers and
partners worldwide. The Digital Technology (CDT) organization powers a complex
hybrid ecosystem that supports four global brands, a dynamic supply chain, and
hundreds of retail locations across the world.
We’re seeking an Infrastructure & Operations Engineering Delivery Manager to
lead a team of infrastructure and network Engineers in our Global Capabilities
Center in India. This role will work closely with US-based Infrastructure
leadership on setting and implementing infrastructure strategy as well as
ensuring those services are performing optimally. The GCC Compute and Network
engineering team is responsible for the availability, performance, and
modernization of Columbia’s global infrastructure. This includes data centers,
distribution centers, and remote offices, virtualization platforms, storage
systems, and hybrid cloud services.
The ideal candidate is a proven people manager and data driven operational
leader with deep knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, robust collaboration
with peer leaders, and a track record of driving reliability, automation, and
service excellence.
