ABOUT YOUR WORKPLACE

An exciting opportunity exists for a passionate, motivated and customer-focused
Service Technician to join the Miele team in a permanent full-time capacity.
Equipped with a fully maintained company vehicle,



tools of trade and
industry-leading training, you’ll be out on the road visiting customers and
servicing our premium domestic appliances.

As the face of the Miele brand, you’ll combine technical expertise with
exceptional customer service to deliver high-quality repairs and support in
customers’ homes. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys working
independently, solving problems and building strong relationships with customers
while working with premium products renowned for quality, longevity and
sustainability.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

* Carry out quality service repairs and fault diagnosis on Miele domestic
appliances in customer homes and occasionally in the workshop

* Deliver exceptional customer experiences through professional communication
and service excellence

* Manage allocated jobs efficiently to achieve strong first-time-fix results
and minimise downtime
