The opportunity

We are looking for an Assistant Manager with expertise in Total Rewards to join
the Rewards and Transactions team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part




of a leading global professional services organisation whilst being instrumental
in the growth of the Rewards team.

Your key responsibilities:

* Leverage experience in Total Rewards advisory to support client engagements
* Develop, review and apply global guidelines, frameworks, toolkits and
methodologies that align with the business strategy and the vision of HR
* Be recognized as a subject matter expert in one or more areas in the Rewards
domain such as Remuneration Survey (preferable), Broad-based Compensation,
Market Intelligence, Advantages Design, Incentive Pay Design, Career Framework,
Job evaluation & Job Grading, Annual compensation & Incentive review.
* Analyse performance metrics and provide specialty reporting and data analysis
as required
* Design short term and long-term incentive programs
* Administer, direct, and review employee benefit programs, including the
integration of benefit programs
