Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Business & Data Analyst to support a
strategic, enterprise-wide transformation of the end-to-end client financial
workflow. This role will serve as a senior analytical leader within the program,
responsible for driving business requirements, end‑to‑end process redesign, data
insights, and analytical solutions that modernize legacy processes and enable
automation, AI-driven capabilities, and a modern technology ecosystem.

The Lead Business & Data Analyst will work closely with the Director of Program
Delivery, cross-functional business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure
the program delivers measurable business value, improved operational efficiency,
and enhanced data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis & Process Transformation

* Lead end-to-end business requirements gathering across multiple functional
areas (Finance, Operations, Accounting, Sales/Account Management).
* Translate strategic objectives into explicit business needs, functional
requirements, and acceptance criteria.




* Conduct current-state and future-state process mapping, identifying gaps,
inefficiencies, and automation opportunities.
* Partner with process owners to redesign workflows and ensure alignment with
enterprise standards.

Data Analysis & Insights

* Analyze complex financial, operational, and client data to identify trends,
root causes, and opportunities for optimization.
* Develop data models, business rules, and analytical frameworks to support
forecasting, reporting, and performance measurement.
* Validate data quality and work with technical teams to ensure data integrity
across systems.

Solution Design & Technology Enablement

* Collaborate with engineers, AI solution teams, and business partners to
translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.
* Contribute to the design of AI-enabled use cases, automation logic, and
decision-support tools.
