Workday Accounting Center Specialist (Tax & R2R Focus)

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Accounting Center Specialist with robust




expertise in tax configuration and Record-to-Report (R2R) processes. This role
is responsible for managing event-driven accounting, ensuring accurate financial
postings, and supporting tax-compliant accounting flows across Workday
Financials and integrated systems.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Accounting Center (Core Focus)

* Configure and maintain Accounting Center frameworks, including Accounting
rules and mappings, Source-to-accounting transformations.
* Support event-driven accounting processes, ensuring accurate postings to the
General Ledger.
* Troubleshoot issues related to Incorrect mappings, missing accounting
entries, Integration data inconsistencies.
* Perform impact analysis for changes affecting accounting flows.
* Collaborate with upstream system owners to ensure data quality and
completeness.
