* Directs the development of company market requirements for specific
product(s) or product line(s), including product strategy definition,
requirements analysis, and pricing
* Monitors the development of business plans, managing lifecycles, and product
positioning in the marketplace
* Reduces broad concepts and business strategies into structured product
marketing plans
* Oversees market research, monitors competitive activity, and identifies
customer needs
* Establishes pricing strategies
* Interacts with Sales, R&D;, manufacturing, and sales to enhance existing
product(s) or product line(s)
* Leads new product definition and business plans with joint departments
* Acts as technical advisor for specific product(s) assigned
* Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the effective operation
of the function
Required Skills:
* Bachelor's Degree required
* Rich experience in Corrosion resistant coatings & pretreatment.
* Key account management
* Advance troubleshooting concepts
* 15+ years of related experience
* Must be able to communicate information and ideas so others will understand
* Must be able to exchange accurate information
