* Mean Time To Repair (MTTR): Achieve or beat shift targets for resolving
machine breakdowns.
* Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF): Extend equipment uptime through
high-quality preventive maintenance.
* PM Compliance: Ensure 100% execution of scheduled preventive checklists during
the shift.
* Breakdown percentage. Maintain breakdown less than 0.16 %.
* Spare Management. Keep critical as well general spares up to date.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Diploma/ B. Tech in Electrical Engineering.
4-6 years professional experience.
Technical Skills:
Reading complex hydraulic and electrical circuit schematics.
Troubleshooting PLC hardware faults (Siemens, Mitsubishi, VIPA and B&R;).
Hands-on breakdown repair of hydraulic Electrical and pneumatic faults.
Knowledge of Motors, Heaters and servo troubleshooting.
Knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and 5S frameworks.
Knowledge Mechanical maintenance
Behavioral & Soft Skills:
Rapid crisis management to handle critical breakdowns.
Explicit cross-functional coordination with production shift supervisors.
Team leadership capability to guide 3–5 shift technicians.
High commitment to industrial safety and LOTO compliance.
