Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Automotive/Manufacturing plant roles.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
Source, screen, and schedule candidates.
Handle interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
Hands on exp. with ATS and ensure timely closures. Preferably worked on the PeopleStrong ATS
Solid sourcing, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
