Manpower Deployment and Allocation/: Hold shift floor huddles, assign operators to specific lines based on skill matrices, monitor attendance variances, and re/-allocate manpower dynamically to cover important bottlenecks. Immediate Bottleneck & Breakdown Response/: Serve as the first line of defence during line outages, coordinating with maintenance, tools, and utility engineers to isolate equipment defects and reduce downtime. Safety Policy and LOTO Enforcement/:



Maintain ultimate authority over safety compliance on the floor ensuring all operators wear compulsory Personal Protective Equipment PPE, execute standard Lockout/-Tagout LOTO protocols and follow protected lifting requirements.
