Summary:
We are seeking motivated Performance Marketing Interns (Google & Meta Ads) to join our dynamic team at Adsiduous Media. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to gain practical experience in performance marketing, focusing on Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms. Over a 3–6 month period, interns will play a key role in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns, contributing to real-world marketing strategies. The role is ideal for students passionate about digital advertising, data-driven decision-making, and creative campaign development. This internship provides valuable exposure to campaign management, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration, helping build a solid foundation for a career in digital marketing.

Responsibilities:
Assist in the end-to-end management of Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
Support campaign optimization through performance analysis and A/B testing
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis,



and audience segmentation
Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives
Monitor campaign KPIs and prepare detailed performance reports and actionable insights
