This on-site role focuses on delivering play-based curriculum, daily care routines, and robust parent communication to support holistic child development.
Role & Responsibilities
Plan and deliver age-appropriate pre-primary lessons using play-based, activity-led, and experiential learning approaches.
Create, prepare and maintain classroom materials, visual aids and learning corners to support cognitive, motor and social development.
Observe, document and assess developmental milestones; adapt activities and learning plans for individual needs.
Maintain a safe, hygienic and emotionally supportive classroom; implement health, safety and emergency procedures.
Manage classroom routines and positive behaviour through consistent guidance and age-appropriate techniques.
Engage parents and guardians through regular updates,
progress reports and parent-teacher interactions; collaborate with the early-years team on curriculum delivery and improvements.

Prior experience in a preschool, nursery, or daycare setting is preferred; willingness to work on-site and follow institute schedules and policies is required.
Valid First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain on joining.
