Role & responsibilities
Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations.
Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using Gantt charts and other visualization tools.
Customer coordination and inter-department coordination.
Identify and resolve project issues and escalate as needed.




Conduct regular meetings / follow-ups to ensure project tasks are completed on time
Attend project review meetings and provide project updates to customer
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project deliverables align with organizational goals and objectives.
Attend to customers during factory acceptance trials and prepare minutes of meetings
Review complete technical documentation package to validate product performance against customer requirements and suggest modifications as needed.

Preferred candidate profile
B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering
Minimum 2 years experience working as a Project Engineer in a machine building environment
Strong written and verbal (English) communication skills
Proficiency MS Excel and Powerpoint
Knowledge of project management principles and best practices
Prior experience with customer management or extensive interfacing with customers and cross-functional teams
