Key Responsibilities;

* Lead a small team in the research and tracking of a range of bad actors to
build up intelligence pictures
* identifying potential targets through a range of sources, including AI




(Artificial Intelligence) Human Intelligence (HUMINT) and Open Source (OSINT)
* Support the process of data ontology collection by managing the input of
entities and intelligence sources found through research, and reviewing and
amending according to accuracy of collection
* Create and manage personas to aid intelligence gathering among key actors and
groups
* Quality checking of a full variety of team outputs including real-time alert
emails as well as situation and strategic intelligence reports. Giving
constructive feedback and reporting to the Lead further training needs
* Support the Lead in calibration of service for customer identifying topics
for discussion as well as improvements and talking points to be fed into the
Account Management team
* Manage the configuration of internal platform tools to more efficiently
surface intelligence from our graph according to customer needs
* Help support team
