This job is responsible for sustainable and profitable growth of a mix of BLs
business across India by leading commercial strategy, developing key customer
relationships and identifying market development opportunities. The role is
accountable for achieving sales and profitability targets, managing receivables




and serving as the primary commercial interface between customers and internal
stakeholders. Through solid market intelligence, customer engagement and
cross-functional collaboration, the position supports strategic decision making,
strengthens competitive positioning and delivers long-term business value.

Essential Job Functions:

* Owns commercial performance across the assigned market, delivering sales,
profitability and growth objectives. Drives margin improvement through
disciplined pricing, value selling, cost management and effective management
of receivables and working capital.
