Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned hostel/ Coliving properties.
Ensure rooms are well-maintained, clean, and ready for occupancy.
Coordinate tenant check-ins, check-outs, and room allocations.
Address tenant queries, complaints, and maintenance requests promptly.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams.
Monitor property occupancy and work towards achieving occupancy targets.
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure quality and safety standards.
Track rent collections, security deposits, and other property-related records.
Maintain accurate property documentation and reports.
Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants to enhance customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with the operations team to resolve issues efficiently.
Use property management software/CRM to manage bookings, tenant records, rent collections,



maintenance requests, and daily operational activities.
Plan and coordinate property-related events, resident engagement activities, community programs, and promotional events to enhance the resident experience and strengthen community engagement.

REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in Property Management, Hotel Operations, Hospitality, Hostel/PG Management, or Facility Management.
Robust leadership and team management abilities.
Experience managing multiple properties is an added advantage.
