Prepare and maintain accurate BOMs for AHU units based on approved drawings and specifications
Update BOMs in the ERP system for any design changes or revisions
Ensure correct mapping of raw materials, components, and sub-assemblies
Validate BOM accuracy with design and engineering teams
Plan and schedule production activities based on order priority and delivery timelines
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans
Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials
Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as required
Handle ERP entries related to BOM, production orders, and inventory
Generate work orders, material requisitions, and job cards through ERP
Track production status and material consumption in ERP
Maintain data accuracy in ERP for planning and reporting purposes
Coordinate with procurement for material requirement planning (MRP)




Ensure availability of materials as per production schedule
Work closely with stores for inventory control and stock availability
Highlight material shortages and delays proactively
Coordinate with design team for drawings and technical clarifications
Interact with purchase and vendor teams for timely material procurement
Work with production team to ensure execution as per plan
Support quality team for inspection and compliance requirements
Track production vs plan variance and suggest improvements
Prepare reports on order status, production efficiency, and delays
Analyze bottlenecks and implement process improvements
