Job Description Summary

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing interior fit-out projects
while ensuring quality, safety, budget, and schedule compliance. Acts as the
link between clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to deliver
projects successfully.

Job Description

* Plan, supervise, and monitor fit-out works at site.
* Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors.
* Review drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
* Ensure work is completed as per quality, safety, and contractual
requirements.
* Track project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
* Manage material procurement and site resource allocation.
* Resolve technical and site-related issues promptly.
* Conduct inspections and support project handover and closeout.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
* 3–8 years of experience in interior fit-out projects.
* Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office.
* Robust communication, coordination,



and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple activities and meet project deadlines.
