Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and creative Senior Training Executive to strengthen our Learning & Development function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging training content, preparing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), conducting training sessions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance employee knowledge, skills, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs for employees across various functions.
Create training content, including presentations, manuals, SOPs, process documents, assessments, and learning materials.
Develop, review,



and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure process standardization.
Conduct onboarding, process, functional, and behavioral training sessions.
Identify training needs by coordinating with department heads and business stakeholders.
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
Maintain training calendars, attendance records, learning documentation, and MIS reports.
Ensure training content remains updated in line with business processes and organizational requirements.
Support employee development initiatives and contribute to building a strong learning culture.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of training programs.
Continuously improve training methodologies and learning materials based on business needs and participant feedback.
