Technical Antenna bridge the Line of Business and the Plant for Product/Process technical management
Contribute to Optimize (Product Evolution Process – PEP*)
Leads or contributes to the execution of Change Notices based on agreed timeline
Analyzes change impact on the end-to-end manufacturing processes
Proposes improvements to the Board of Change
Collect and send Adaptation, Quality, Productivity, Obsolescence and Withdrawal requests
Collaborates with Design/Continuous Engineering for all changes
Ensure the local Product-Process knowledge, contribute to technical problem solving
Train the actors in the plant on Product and Customer Application knowledge
Perform Product/Process analysis (surveillance test, Technical Returns i.e. TEX, defective products i.e. FPY, MDR, Red Box)
Contribute to Problem Solving (Root Cause Analysis in 8Ds)
Contribute to the Product reviews conducted with the Line of Business
Guarantee Product Performance Compliance & contribute to Product Robustness in the plant
Contribute to risk assessment (i.e. Severity in RPN) through PFMEA, PQCS & CQCP




Contribute to Critical Supply Robustness & Part Qualification, CQCS & CQCP
Take receipt of new offer arriving in the plant coming from Offer Creation (PMP*) and Industrial transfer.
